Welcome to Trendapack, a site run by Affluence Stream International Company Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). When you access or use this website and the services on it, you're agreeing to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If any part of these Terms doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the site.
1. Using This Website
This site is for lawful use only, and you agree to use it in line with these Terms. You must not use it in any manner that could harm, overload, disable, or impair the site, or that gets in the way of anyone else's ability to use it.
2. Intellectual Property
Everything on Trendapack — the text, graphics, logos, images, the way it's all arranged, and any software powering the site — belongs to Affluence Stream International Company Limited, and is protected under copyright and intellectual property law.
3. Your Account
If you set up an account with us, keeping your login and password private is your responsibility, as is limiting access to your own device. Any activity carried out under your account or password is considered your responsibility.
4. Product Details
We do our best to show our products' colors, features, specifications, and details as accurately as we can. That said, we can't promise that this information is always completely accurate, current, reliable, or entirely free of errors, due to device and monitor variations, which can depict colors slightly different.
5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

6. Cancelling an Order
You may be able to cancel a single item or a whole order, as long as it hasn't yet been prepared for dispatch or shipped. If cancellation isn't possible and you'd like to send something back, please check our Returns section and get in touch with us.
7. Activities That Aren't Allowed
You may not use this site or its content for any unlawful reason, to encourage others to take part in unlawful acts, to break any international or local laws, rules, or regulations, to infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's rights, to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, intimidate, or discriminate against others, or to submit false or misleading information.
8. Security
Your safety matters to us, so we use up-to-date security measures to protect your details whenever you shop. When you place an order, 256-bit SSL software encrypts your credit or debit card information on our secure server, meaning only we can decrypt it to process your payment.
After you click "Proceed to Checkout," you can recognize secure pages by:
- the web address switching from "http://" to "https://"; and
- a padlock (or key) symbol shown in your browser's status bar.
We never share your personal information. It's used solely to process your order and to communicate with you about it.
9. Taxes and Duties
No taxes are added to your purchase. All orders ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, so you won't face any import taxes or duties on delivery.
10. Warranties and Liability
We can't guarantee that your use of our service will always be uninterrupted, on time, secure, or error-free, nor can we promise that the results obtained from using it will be accurate or reliable.
To the fullest extent allowed, Affluence Stream International Company Limited — along with our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, and licensors — will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or claim, or for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Affluence Stream International Company Limited, together with our parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, from any claim or demand — including reasonable legal fees — brought by a third party because of your breach of these Terms or the documents they reference, or your violation of any law or another party's rights.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update, revise, or replace any part of these Terms at our discretion by posting the changes on this website. Checking back periodically for updates is your responsibility, and continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Hong Kong, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties specifically exclude the application of the United Nations Convention on the Sale of Goods.
Use of this site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, and any other terms, rules, disclaimers, or notices we post elsewhere on the site from time to time. By using the site, you and Affluence Stream International Company Limited submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
