Return and Refund Policy
Thanks for choosing Trendapack. We put real care into the quality of what we make, and we want you to be happy with every order. Of course, sometimes things don't always go as expected — so here's exactly how returns and refunds work, laid out to keep things simple.
How to start a return
To get a return going, just contact our customer service team by email at service@trendapack.com or through our contact page. Return requests need to be made within 30 days of your item's delivery date.
When can you return an item?
We accept returns for plenty of reasons — whether you've simply changed your mind, want to exchange for something else, received a product that's defective, damaged, or something else went wrong. Our goal is to keep the whole thing painless. Please note that we don't cover return postage nor do we supply free return labels. Returns must be done at the customer's expense. To qualify for a refund, please ensure to send the products back in their original condition with all tags and packaging still attached. Also note that used or heavily worn products cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons.
Return instructions
Once your return is approved, we'll email you full return instructions. Postage costs are the customer's responsibility — simply follow the instructions provided on our return authorization email and ship the item back to us.
How refunds work
As soon as your returned item reaches us, we get your refund moving. Refunds go back to your original payment method on the same day we receive the returned product. Keep in mind that your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post the refund to your account, typically it takes anywhere from 1 to 7 days.
Lost return packages
We understand that sometimes returned packages can occasionally go missing on their way back to us. You won't be penalized if that happens. Should your return parcel be lost in transit, we'll still honor your refund so you're not left out of pocket. The only thing we ask for is proof of shipping or a tracking number.
