Got a question about getting your order to your door? Here's everything you need to know about our carriers, timelines, and how we handle delivery.

Which carriers handle my delivery?

We work with trusted, established carriers so your backpack reaches you safely. Depending on your location, your order may ship via Yunexpress, Hong Kong Post, or FedEx.

When will my order be sent out?

Most orders leave our warehouse within 1 business day. This is referred to as the processing period or handling time. Before an order ships, we check it, pack it, and hand it over to the carrier. Please note that weekends and public holidays aren't counted as processing days. Our daily order cutoff packing time is 10:00AM Hong Kong time Monday to Friday. Orders finalized after that time will be processed for shipping the following business day.

What shipping options can I choose from?

At checkout, you'll be able to choose from two shipping options that suit you best:

  • Free Standard Delivery (with tracking) — our no-cost option, fully trackable from dispatch to your door.
  • Express Delivery — the fastest way to get your order. Please note this is not available for local Hong Kong delivered orders, because the Standard Delivery Free method already takes 1 to 2 days.

What's the expected delivery time?

After processing, Free Standard Delivery (with tracking) orders take between 5 to 12 standard days to deliver, while Express delivery orders usually arrive in 1 to 3 business days. These windows are estimates — your exact timing can shift slightly based on your region or occasional delays outside our control. Please note we work closely with our carriers to keep delivery times within these estimates wherever possible, no matter where you are located.

If you're located in Hong Kong, the Free Standard Delivery (with tracking) takes just 1 to 2 standard days to deliver here.

How do I keep tabs on my package?

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and a tracking link. Just enter that number on the carrier's site — Yunexpress, Hong Kong Post, or FedEx — to see where your package is.

How much is shipping?

Free Standard Delivery (with tracking) costs nothing, it's free! For Express delivery orders, there is a charge. Depending on your country and the products selected, it typically ranges from $18–$30 USD. The Express delivery price will be displayed clearly to you during checkout, so you can make a decision.

Can I order from outside Hong Kong?

Absolutely. We ship to the vast majority of countries, and since we dispatch from Hong Kong, we're able to offer plenty of international delivery options.

My order hasn't shown up — what now?

First, take a look at the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If something doesn't add up or your package is running well behind schedule, get in touch with us and we'll chase it up with the carrier on your behalf.

Is it possible to update my delivery address?

If your address needs changing, let us know quickly. We can adjust it any time before the order ships out. After it's on its way, however, changes are tricky and we can't promise they'll go through.

What if my parcel goes missing on the way?

It's uncommon, but if a package is lost in transit, reach out to us. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and, where needed, arrange a replacement or a refund.

Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?

No, as our warehouse is not open to the public, we only ship orders and don't offer local pick up.
